DESCRIPTION

Traditional Mykonean architecture, enriched by artistic touches elegantly mingled in, stone built walls and pavements with embedded natural granite cubes, cascading pools with salty or fresh water, external Jacuzzi and waterfalls. The pool is skilfully illuminated to create a theatrical atmosphere. Landscaped outdoor areas, white painted wooden pergolas and decks are some of the features included. Some of the furniture is from the local market and others are imported from Paris, Spain and the Eastern countries of Asia creating a unique combination of Ethnic Chic, natural, yet modern, comfortable style. Built-in showers, roman basins with pebbled floors and Spanish handmade colorful washbasins, white wooden ceilings, plaster sculptural walls; aged white washed Oak floors framed by a new concept of polished white cement make this Villa different to any other ever built in Mykonos!

Some of the offered amenities are: floor heating, VRV a/c installation in every room of the house, embedded lighting units, fully equipped minimalistic kitchens, modern sanitary ware, satellite TV and Wi-Fi in all bedrooms and sitting areas, security alarm and audio system installation, water storage and boiler for hot water. The infinity swimming pools are ''beach shaped'' with embedded rocks and real sand pebbles covering the floors! Pergolas are covered to give shadow and heat protection to the lounge and dining areas.

*A 30 % non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The rest of the amount is to be settled upon arrival.
*A security deposit is 2,000 Euro payable before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
