Villa CDM-7 , is an exceptional and rare jewel on the island of Mykonos. It is located in Aleomandra facing Delos and its colorful sunsets.
The construction and architecture of the villa is a flawless combination of modern and traditional Mykonian.

The house is surrounded by a very spacious white-stone terrace and superb huge pond-style waterfront infinity pool. Various terraces and relaxation areas embrace the property.
In the pool, the beautiful marble deck with comfortable sun-chairs promise a relaxing morning, the two spacious outdoor dining and BBQ areas are perfect for cocktail parties and open-air dinners.
The living room is decorated with elegant and modern white furniture's. The living room combined with open-style kitchen and formal dining area features large windows ad balconies overlooking the pool and the sea, offering a panoramic view of the Aegean even while indoors.

Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The upper floor features a master bedroom and two more similar bedrooms, all having their own en suite bathrooms and private terraces.
Two guest houses are located below the swimming pool. The guest houses can be accessed by two side stairs from the swimming pool and they each have their own kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and living room area.

*BOOKING : Cancellation and Deposit policy:
1. A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid and the booking form must be duly signed in order a reservation to be considered guarantee. We can only confirm a booking as soon as the deposit is received in full.
2. The balance of the payment of the property rental must be paid at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. In case the balance is not fully received by us within the deadline for payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges and we are entitled to retain the deposit. In regards to bookings made within six (6) weeks of the arrival date, you will be required to pay the full cost of your stay at the time the booking is made.
3. In case of cancellation by you or a cancellation by us due to non-payment 6 weeks or more before arrival = 30 % of the property rental will be charged (non-refundable deposit). In case of cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival then the total stay will be charged as cancellation fees = 100% of the property rental (deposit and balance). All cancellations must be sent to us in writing and signed by the signatory of the booking form. No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.

*A security deposit is 1,500 Euro payable before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
